what an absoluteley disappointing experience. first, the elevator was ‘out of order’ but actually didn’t work at all. second, the cleaning staff was chatting instead of cleaning, leading to filty hallways. I almost wrote a good review, but couldnt because I also expected a complimentary gift for my inconvenience. I’m still shocked!

Staying here with my sister was fantastic! The hotel's location was great. we were just a quick drive from Eagle Ridge Golf Club. The family-friendly staff even hosted a free BBQ on the 4th of July, which was a lovely touch that made our trip feel special.
